Natal Chart Now provides free and paid astrology-based services including:

• Free natal chart calculation and planetary positions
• AI-powered personal character readings (Genesis Unlock — €19.90)
• Relationship compatibility reports (Connection Unlock — €7.90)
• Natal chart tarot card readings
• AI astrology assistant (30 questions included with Genesis)

All readings are generated using artificial intelligence based on your birth data and established astrological principles. They are provided for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal insight purposes only.

2. Disclaimer — Not Professional Advice

Astrology readings provided by Natal Chart Now are not a substitute for:

• Medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice
• Legal or financial advice
• Any other form of licensed professional consultation

We do not guarantee the accuracy of astrological interpretations. Decisions about your health, relationships, finances, or career should always be made with qualified professionals.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes.

Genesis Unlock (€19.90) and Connection Unlock (€7.90) are one-time payments that grant permanent access to your reading.

Refund policy: Because our readings are digitally generated and delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once a reading has been generated. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your reading, please contact us at info@natalchartnow.com and we will resolve it promptly.

4. AI Astrology Assistant

The Genesis Unlock package includes 30 AI questions directed to our astrology assistant, Deniz. These questions are answered by an AI model (Anthropic Claude) and are intended for astrological guidance and entertainment.

• Questions are non-transferable and cannot be rolled over
• We reserve the right to moderate or decline responses to harmful, abusive, or off-topic questions
• AI responses do not constitute professional advice of any kind

5. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate birth information to receive a meaningful reading
• Use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not reproduce, resell, or redistribute readings without written permission
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI prompts or systems
• Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental consent if under 18

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Natal Chart Now — including but not limited to the website design, logo, written content, and AI-generated readings — is the intellectual property of Natal Chart Now. Your personal reading is yours to keep, but you may not resell or republish it.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep Natal Chart Now available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect availability. We will not be liable for any inconvenience caused by downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Natal Chart Now shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
