  • Birth details — date, time, and city of birth (used solely to generate your natal chart)
  • Name — to personalise your reading
  • Email address — to deliver your reading and send important updates
  • Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we never store card details
  • Language preference — to serve content in your chosen language
  • Usage data — anonymised analytics such as pages visited and time on site

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data exclusively to:

  • Generate your natal chart and personal reading
  • Deliver your reading via email (PDF + print version)
  • Process your payment securely via Stripe
  • Respond to your questions sent through the AI astrology assistant
  • Improve our services through anonymised analytics
  • Send you transactional emails related to your purchase

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the service you requested.

4. Payments & Stripe

All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or full payment details. Stripe’s privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

5. AI-Generated Readings

Our readings are generated using the Anthropic Claude API. Your birth details and name are sent to Claude to produce a personalised reading. Anthropic processes this data in accordance with their privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy. We do not share any additional personal information with Anthropic beyond what is necessary to generate your reading.

6. Cookies

We use minimal cookies to:

  • Remember your language preference
  • Maintain your session after payment
  • Enable Google Translate functionality (optional)

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings.

7. Data Retention

Your birth details and reading are stored securely in our database to allow you to access your reading again if needed. If you would like your data deleted, simply email us at info@natalchartnow.com and we will remove it within 30 days.

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data
